Little Brown Dog RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be in unaltered condition and purchased at Littlebrowndogsoutherntradeco.com to qualify for returns. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund you must have proof of original purchase.


Return Item(s) for a Refund

If you purchased an item and want to return it for a full refund, please email help@littlebrown.dog to initiate a return or exchange. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.

How to Send Us Your Return

After you have contacted customer service you will receive a return label. Simply use this label to return your items back to us. 

When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges. Should you need to "exchange" and item, please order a new item and return the item which you want to "exchange" back to us for a refund. Please email help@littlebrown.dog to initiate the return. Once your return item(s) are received it generally takes 1 to 3 business days to process the exchange.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
